Placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple. Here's how it works:
Ordering...
...is easy and you can do it in four different ways. Online via our secure
server is the best method, but we also accept orders by phone toll-free at
1.800.538.2287 (BATS), by fax, and by mail. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover credit cards, and we also accept Paypal payments. Checks and money
orders must be in U.S. Dollars drawn on a US bank, and made payable to 'Bat
Conservation International, Inc'. For all the offline numbers and addresses

Your Safety...
...is guaranteed because Batcatalog.com uses the latest measures to protect
your security when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt
your credit card information when you place an order on our secure server,
which means that only we are able to decrypt the information to process your
transaction.
After you click on the "Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated
by:
· the web address changing from "http://" to "https://";
and
· a padlock symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar
of your web browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit or debit card for
a purchase at Batcatalog.com, most banks and card issuers either cover all
the charges or may limit your liability. Please contact us immediately
if you feel your card was used without your authorization.
Shipping & delivery of your order...
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days, subject to stock availability
and security checks. Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand
(such as Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the shipping of your order,
so please allow extra time for delivery. If for any reason there's a major
delay with the expected delivery time that we are aware of, we'll contact you
and explain the situation.
Rush orders can be arranged by call-in only (512.327.9721), and must be placed
by 12:00 PM CST. All orders delivered to mainland U.S. addresses are shipped
via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS.
Overseas Orders
Please note that you will be charged in US$ and your credit card will be debited
in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and
thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit
card company.
The customer is responsible for any import duties incurred by the relevant
customs and excise body of the customer’s country of residence. Mail
costs are calculated automatically during the order process.

We welcome all feedback about our service and try to deal with any problems
or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns
and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly
and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we
will try to respond by the next business day, either resolving your complaint
or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.
Returns and Refunds...
...are both easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you
will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel
it necessary to return an item. We will process your return as soon
as practically possible, but following the instructions below should expedite
this process. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our policy is to insure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order
with Batcatalog.com. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, or
if you simply change your mind, please return it unused and complete with original
packaging and all components, along with the packing slip, for a full refund
less shipping and handling within 30 working days of when you received it. Once
we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned
to us in the same condition it was when delivered to you, we will issue the
refund within 30 days or earlier directly to the credit card used to place
the original order. You will only have to pay for the return mail cost of the
Products.
We try to fulfill your Order and package the Products properly to insure they
arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged, with defects,
or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a
full refund including shipping and handling as appropriate. Please contact
us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In
these circumstances, we will also reimburse you the cost of the return postage
if we require you to return the Product to us. In those cases, please obtain
a receipt from the carrier/facility where you mailed the package to enable
us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect
your statutory rights.

to inform us of your need to return faulty Products.
If we authorize you to return the Product to us, please use a secure delivery
method which requires a signature upon receipt and return to:
