Placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple. Here's how it works:
Ordering...
...is easy and you can do it in four different
ways. Online via our secure server is the
best method, but we also accept orders by phone toll-free at 1800 538 BATS, by fax, and by mail. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, we
also accept Paypal payments. Checks should
be denominated in U.S. Dollars, drawn on a
US bank and made payable to 'Bat Conservation
International, Inc'. For all the offline numbers
and addresses you may need, check our contact
details.

uses the latest measures to protect your security
when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL
Software to encrypt your credit card information
when you place an order on our secure server,
which means that only we are able to decrypt
the information in order to process your transaction.
After you click on the "Checkout" button,
secure pages are indicated by:
the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
a padlock symbol (or key) in the bottom
right-hand status bar of your web browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorised use
of your credit or debit card for a purchase
at Batcatalog.com, most banks and card issuers
either cover all the charges or may limit
your liability.
Shipping & delivery
of your order...
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days, subject to stock
availability and security checks. Please note that during times
of peak seasonal demand (such as Christmas)
there may be a slight delay in the despatch
of your order, so please allow extra time
for delivery. If for any reason there's a
major delay with the expected delivery time,
we'll contact you and explain the situation.
Rush orders can be arranged by call-in only (512 327 9721), and must be placed by 12:00 PM CST.
All orders delivered to mainland U.S. addresses
are despatched via UPS or USPS.
Overseas Orders
Please note that you will be charged in
US$ and your credit card will be debited in
your own currency. The actual exchange rate
used for the transaction (and thus the final
amount in your local currency) will be determined
by your credit card company.
The customer is responsible for any import duties incurred by the relevant customs and excise body of the customers country of residence. Mail Costs are calculated automatically during the order
process.

and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties

We have a simple but comprehensive returns
and refunds policy which means that most
queries can be resolved quickly and easily
over the phone. For issues that cannot be
resolved immediately we will respond within
24 hours either resolving your complaint or
with an expected timescale for resolution
of the issue.
Returns And Refunds...
...are both easy as part of our total
customer service. We believe that you will
be delighted with your product but there may
be occasions where you feel it necessary to
return an item. We aim to keep the process
as simple as possible. These terms do not
affect your statutory rights.
- Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable
care of it) within 30 days of the date on
which you received it, we will refund you
any money which you have paid us for that
product. All you pay for is the return mail
cost of the goods. Please contact us by telephone

to inform us of your wish to return the goods.
- Faulty Goods
If you receive an item to us which is faulty,
which you did not order or for any other reason
which is our fault, please contact us by telephone
(on 512 327 9721) or email (at sales@Batcatalog.com)
to inform us within 30 days of receipt and
we will arrange a refund or replacement. In
the event of you returning faulty goods to us we
will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
We will also advise you how to send the item
back to us. We usually ask that you send items
back to us via UPS (trackable), or USPS (trackable).
Please obtain a proof of mailing certificate
from the carrier, to enable us to process the
refund for your return mail costs.
